This is my first Halloween project. A tea light holder cut from black cardstock with my Silhouette Cameo, using this shape by one of my favorite designers: Patricia Zapata of "A little Hut".
At first, i slightly enlarged the shape in the Silhouette Software, so that it fit a 12x12 piece of cardstock.
Once cut, i carefully lifted it from the cutting mat, and to my surprise, it came off without any tears or miscuts. It probably helped that my cutting mat is hardly sticky anymore.
Now, all i had to do was to crease the cardstock along the dotted lines with a bone folder, and glue the pieces together with hot glue.
Super quick and easy!
